Taking magic mushrooms: DO-S
(1) Start with a low dose.
Never take more than 1 gram of dry magic mushrooms. Wait for 90 minutes. If you feel OK and want to intensify the experience you could take some more.
(2) Make sure there is nothing on your head for the next 24 hours.
No work, no school, no visiting of friends or family, no care for children or pets, JUST NO NOTHING!
(3) Make sure to trip in a relaxed environment.
Busy environments with lots of people and noise may cause an information overload. Choose an environment where you are not bothered by people not involved in the experience. Choose a calm, natural, preferably rural place, where you can enjoy the wonders of nature. Choose a place that is familiar to you, a place you know and where you feel save.
(4) Make sure to trip with people you know, like and trust.

hiii i just came back from brugge and brussels, belgium.. itsa naicee!

first of all updates frm phuket trip, it was funnn! hotel was damn good and polite and friendly plus they got nice pools with swim-up bars! spent 3 days out of 3 days in the pool just relaxing and drinking.. the heine goes for about 3-4 bucks a bottle (during happy hours which is like the entire day)
but because di says im a 'stubborn boy' who refuses to apply sunblock, i've now became a chao-thai boy with fucking burnt skin..... i still maintain it's straits times fault knn cb newspaper bluff me say phuket stormy.
ah the beaches at phuket.. not as nice as samui but really comparable and reminds me of the times we had at samui.. patong beach was the more popular and crowded one and alot of hooooot angmohs with hooooootter bodies just suntanning there. their beach chairs cost about 200 - 250baht (8-10bucks; wtf) and i dont remember paying to sit me ass in samui...
then pple were paying like 1000baht for a min's experience in parasailing.. really it's damn dumb.
at karon beach, where i spent saturday at, the waves were dangerously nice.. no wonder it's a tsunami warning area.. the waves go up to 2-3 metres and the drag was quite the powerful too..
but karon's a nicer beach than patong.. less crowded and better waters..
so anyways, back to the topic... zero eight zero eight zero seven; WEDNESDAY.
